Repeating that I have no commercial interest with totango, but since its the best Tango in el mundo, any DJ who a) loves the music and b) respects his / her clients really should take a look at it.  It is not free, but very reasonable compared to iTunes etc.,   Old dictum - You pay for what you get.  Free / shared music is a disservice to your clients.
