John Rownan & Lia Rodgers: http:www.johnrownan.com http:www.invasiontangofestival.eu Lia and John both started to dance tango in 2005 although they did not meet until 2010. They learned their tango skills mainly from extended trips to Buenos Aires, taking classes in all styles of tango. They enjoy blending traditional and modern movements. In their teaching they focus on elements of each style with important technique for keeping one's balance and connecting to one's partner, as well as the interpretion of the music and most importantly the enjoyment of the embrace. Since 2008 John has been teaching and DJing abroad and now organises several big tango events in Berlin. Lia is an actress based in London.
